Chris Evans, 54, has spoken out on his Virgin Radio show about how he currently has no phone and insisted he “doesn’t need” one in his life. However, the radio host’s family may have disagreed at one point, as Chris recalled some initial resistance toward him only keeping an iPod to listen to “podcasts”.
Chris revealed: “I have an iPod don’t I? So I have an iPod so that I can listen to my podcasts and anything else.
“But obviously it doesn’t have a phone number, because it’s an iPod.
“I don’t want a phone, and I don’t want anything else to do with all that stuff, because I don’t need it in my life.”
The DJ explained how in the beginning there initially was some “resistance” from others about him being without a phone.
